When Exchange Server is installed
(2000/2003/2007), new Exchange performance counters are added, which you can see if you run the performance monitor
applet. SNMP Informant-Exchange makes these added performance counters available to SNMP.

WMI Provider for Exchange Server 2000/2003/2007
With the introduction of Exchange 2000,
Microsoft made it so that Exchange configuration and state information could be accessed
using WMI. When Exchange 2003 was introduced, even more Exchange
configuration and state data was made available.
The SNMP Informant Exchange-WMI provider will allow you to
collect Exchange WMI information using SNMP.
